Elliot Arditti has been practicing law in the Metropolitan Washington area since 1979. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Vice President - General Counsel for Dart Group Corp., Trak Auto Corp., and Crown Books Corp., specializing in commercial leasing nationwide. He has successfully negotiated "big box" power center leases as well as stand alone and "in line" strip center leases, and has experience with many of the nation’s premier real estate developers. As in-house counsel for a number of years, he is familiar with and has been involved in many of the issues facing today’s business enterprises.

Mr. Arditti is a 1976 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton. He received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1979. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
